Rules of Use

1. About the service, who can use it, and account types

ManicBot provides software only — tools that help salons and masters automate online booking, client communication and management through Telegram, Instagram and the web widget. ManicBot does not provide the salon services themselves.

• Business account — for a salon owner or an independent (personal) master; registered through the admin panel and, after the trial period, requires an active subscription.
• Client profile — created automatically when a client books through the bot; one messenger account (e.g. Telegram) corresponds to one client profile.
• To use the service you must be of the age of majority (or have a legal guardian's consent) and provide accurate information.

2. Your rights

• Use the service within the limits of your chosen plan and these rules.
• Access, export and request deletion of your personal data — see the /privacy page.
• Contact support through the built-in support system and the /support page.

3. Your obligations and prohibited actions

• Provide accurate information, keep your account access secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not abuse the support system or the AI assistant (spam, deliberate deception, attempts to obtain other people's data).
• Do not attempt to access the data or accounts of other users or salons.
• Do not scrape, decompile, overload, or otherwise interfere with the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful content, or to send spam.
• Comply with the rules of the platforms you connect through (Telegram, Meta / WhatsApp / Instagram, etc.).
• One salon, one business account. Creating multiple accounts in order to obtain the free trial again is not allowed.
• Circumventing this with variants of the same mailbox (plus-addressing such as name+tag@, dots in a Gmail address), disposable email services, changing your email, or registering under another person is not allowed.
• Where we detect such circumvention, we may end the trial and merge or suspend the linked accounts. If you genuinely need a second salon, that is what the MAX plan is for.

4. Each salon sets its own policies

ManicBot is only a tool. Each salon or master independently configures how they run their business in the app and is fully responsible for it.

• Services, prices, working hours and schedule are set by the salon, not by ManicBot.
• Cancellation, no-show, prepayment and rescheduling policies are decided by each salon individually using the app's tools — ManicBot does not set or enforce any single cancellation rule.
• The agreement to provide a service is between the client and the salon. ManicBot is not a party to it and is not responsible for the services rendered, their quality, payment, or any dispute between a client and a salon.

5. Referral program

• The program is available to salon owners and independent (personal) masters with an active subscription.
• The invited friend gets 20% off the first month or 10% off the yearly plan on their first paid invoice through the referral link.
• The inviter gets 1 free month per confirmed friend — a friend counts as confirmed only after a successful first paid invoice (not the trial).
• The cap is 6 free months per rolling year. If the invited friend issues a refund or cancels within the first month, the reward is reversed.
• Self-referrals, fake registrations and spam on public channels are prohibited and result in reward cancellation and code suspension.

6. Data and the binding agreement

• Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy (/privacy).
• The full agreement governing the use of ManicBot is the Terms of Service (/terms). In case of any conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.

7. Changes to these rules

• We may update these rules; the update date is shown at the top of the page.
• Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the current version.
