Tell us where and how you will recommend ManicBot. We review every application by hand, usually within 1–2 business days.

After approval you get a personal link and QR code. Send it to salons, add it to your course, profile or newsletter.

Earn
Every time a salon from your link pays for its subscription, your commission is added to your cabinet.
Example
A salon pays 200 zł a month (net of VAT). At 20% you receive 40 zł every month for 12 months — up to 480 zł from one salon. Ten salons — up to 4 800 zł.

Questions
How much will I earn?
The standard rate is 20% of every paid subscription invoice (net of VAT) of each salon you brought, for 12 months from its first payment. Your personal terms are always shown in your cabinet.
When and how do I get paid?
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the salon's payment (refund protection). Payouts are made by bank transfer once your available balance reaches 100 zł, against your invoice (businesses) or an agreement (private persons).
Does a salon get a discount through my link?
No. The salon gets the standard 14-day free trial, and you get the commission. If the salon enters a customer's referral code at sign-up, that code takes priority and the salon is not attributed to you.
How long does my link work?
90 days from the last click. If the visitor later clicks another partner's link, the newer link counts.
Can I bring my own salon?
No — self-referrals and accounts created to earn a commission are not paid and lead to exclusion from the program.
Do I have to mark my posts as advertising?
Yes. Posts that recommend ManicBot for a commission must be marked as advertising (for example #reklama or #ad), as consumer law requires.
Program terms
Version 1.0
1. Parties and participation
The program is run by the Operator of the ManicBot platform (see the Terms of Service). Anyone can apply; participation starts when the Operator approves the application. The Operator may refuse or end participation without giving a reason.
2. Commission
The partner earns the rate shown in their cabinet (standard: 20%) of every paid subscription invoice of a referred salon, calculated on the amount net of VAT, for the number of months shown in their cabinet (standard: 12) counted from that salon's first payment.
3. Attribution
A salon is referred when it opens a new account after following the partner's link. The link is remembered for 90 days; the last partner link clicked counts. A referral or promo code entered at sign-up takes priority. Existing customers, the partner's own salons and accounts registered from the partner's own mailbox are not attributed.
4. Hold, refunds and payouts
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the salon's payment. A refund or a card dispute freezes or cancels the related commission. Payouts are made by bank transfer once the payable balance reaches 100 zł, against the partner's invoice (businesses) or an agreement with the Operator (private persons). The partner keeps their payout and tax details accurate and is responsible for their own taxes, except where the law requires the Operator to withhold them.
5. Prohibited methods
Spam and unsolicited messages; misleading claims, promised discounts or conditions ManicBot does not offer; paid search ads on the ManicBot brand name; hidden or forced clicks and any other artificial traffic; self-referrals and fake accounts; presenting yourself as ManicBot. Advertising must be marked as such (#reklama / #ad).
6. Breach
A breach of these terms may lead to suspension, cancellation of unpaid commissions and exclusion from the program.
7. Changes and data
The Operator may change these terms with 14 days' notice in the cabinet or by email; the version you accepted is recorded. Partner data is processed to run the program and make payouts, as described in the Privacy Policy. Either party may end participation at any time; commissions already payable are paid out.
